On September 4th, 2013, we won a Federal Civil Suit and recovered a settlement for defamation and business interference, against a Missoula Chamber of Commerce member, in the United States District Court of Southern California. (Case No. 3:13-cv-02069)
February 20th, 2024: I was unlawfully arrested, extradited to Missoula, and jailed for 400 days:
On August 25, 2023, Judge Halligan again reversed her own decision, using testimony from supplanted victims that were not victims of a crime, with no evidence of a new crime, and no violations of my conditions.

On June 29th, 2023, Dave Glaser, CEO and President of MoFi in Missoula, Montana… committed perjury, and criminal defamation, when he signed a sworn false statement accusing me of threatening to kill him, and his kids.
On February 15th, 2023, we won a landslide victory… defeating a Missoula County Detective Tyler Terrill’s unlawful investigation, blocking Missoula County Prosecutor Matt Jennings’ malicious motion, and overturning Missoula District Court Judge Leslie Halligan’s unconstitutional, unilateral order.
On January 1st, 2023, we published a Federal complaint against Missoula County, alleging retaliation, corruption, collusion, perjury, criminal defamation, unlawful arrest, malicious prosecution, wrongful conviction, wrongful imprisonment, and business interference.
On July 15th, 2019, I was sentenced to 12 years in Prison by a Missoula District Court Judge Leslie Halligan after being accused of crimes I didn’t commit.

(2014) “Free Sgt. Tahmooressi” motorcycle ride to the Mexican border with ”NY Myke” (San Diego Harley-Davidson). We helped raise awareness that ultimately led to the release of a US Marine, who was imprisoned in Tijuana, Mexico on weapons charges. He was an active duty combat vet suffering from PTSD 🇺🇸🇲🇽
