Due to the events that have taken place in Judge Halligan’s Courtroom this past year in 2023… today in 2024, I’m having to add (2) new lies and false allegations to the list. The list is roughly organized in terms of severity, with the most severe false allegations appearing at the top. Because these new false allegations from 2023 are more severe than anything previously listed, they are being added to the top of the list:
I am an individual engaged in Interstate Commerce;

- I did NOT threaten to kill the JOE BIDEN (Washington, D.C.) nominated

“The Banker who shall not be named” 👨🏼💼 - I did NOT threaten to kill LEE MEDIA CORPORATION (Davenport, IA)
MISSOULIAN INC (Missoula, MT) Student Reporter Dillon Kato.
“Dillon Potato” 🥔 - I did NOT endanger anyone’s life by “running a car off the road”.
- I did NOT kidnap my ex-girlfriend, or hold her against her will.
- I’ve NEVER assaulted or beat up any of my ex-girlfriends.
- I am NOT a member of a criminal motorcycle club.
- I am NOT a drug dealer.
- I am NOT a delusional drug addict.
100% of the above (8) allegations, newspaper reports, and criminal charges against me, are state-sponsored lies and false allegations.
If I don’t receive a minimum payment of $100,000 in the next (2) business days, I’m filing a (2)nd defamation lawsuit in United States District Court for retaliation.
