3rd Party Interstate Contact – DEMAND

On the night of September 20th, 2025, I was contacted (2) times by (2) different accounts attempting to establish a “friend request” on Facebook. I am located in Malibu, California.

Both of these accounts were associated to, and had photos of Dave Glaser with a new woman. Dave Glaser does not have a Facebook account himself.

I demand letters and court orders of acknowledgement, accountability, and prohibition of further Interstate contact between Dave Glaser’s family/friends (3rd party contact) and any of my social media accounts; from the following;

  1. I demand an emergency prohibition order and sanctions from at least (1) Montana Supreme Court Justice.
  2. I demand a letter from Governor Greg Gianforte’s Office.
  3. I demand a letter from Attorney General Austin Knudsen’s Office.
  4. I demand a letter from Assistant Attorney General Selene Koepke.
  5. I demand a letter from Missoula County Prosecutor Matt Jennings.
  6. I demand a letter from Missoula City Police Officer Lydia Arnold
  7. I demand a letter from Missoula County Attorney Richard Maricellli
  8. I demand a a letter from the White House Community Development Board that Dave Glaser sits on in Washington DC.

I can only imagine the outrage if I had done the same to his Woman? In fact, we are all here because of false allegations of interstate contact that didn’t occur. Now interstate contact has occurred… and it was initiated by your “victim”.

If I would have contacted him in Montana, you would have said I was threatening to kill him, and I would be in Jail. I want someone held accountable. I want someone to get arrested and go to Jail.

Dave Glaser’s electronic devices and his new Woman’s electronic devices need to be seized and collected as evidence.

No more appropriately could any situation highlight how Dave Glaser still hasn’t taken accountability for his Crimes of Perjury and Defamation… or the damage he caused to me, my business, and my family. He’s still recruiting people close to him, first his employees, now his family, to try and harrass, report, flag, and investigate me for information – to help him get out of the legal mess he’s in. He still hasn’t accepted that what he did is a crime, and he continues to try and find ways to escape and evade justice. We put people like this in Prison. Dave Glaser needs to go to Prison.

The absurdity and lawlessness of this 10-year conspiracy continues to unravel into 2026! 🇺🇸✡️
