On February 20th, 2024, I was arrested by the FBI/LAPD, while working in Los Angeles, California. I was served with a $750,000 Fugitive Warrant that was issued by Missoula, Montana County Attorney Matt Jennings. After fighting extradition for 4 months in LA County Jail, I was extradited 1200 miles to Missoula, MT. On March 20, 2025, I was released – “not guilty” – after spending a total of 400 days in County Jail.

Anyone that’s been following the startup of my business since 2016, knows that legal and social attacks – in the form of defamation and false allegations – are nothing new. I wrote about this phenomenon in my Prison Release Statement 2021. What is new, is that for the first time in almost a decade, my lawyers have evidence of defamation; a cover-up; perjury; illegal orders; unlawful arrest; illegal seizure; unlawful extradition; violations of free speech; speedy trial; excessive bail; and multiple due process violations.

A) Miscarraige of Justice:

• 9-year malicious prosecution
• 1100+ days locked in (4) Jails and Prisons
• Violations of Montana and California state laws
• Violations of Constitutional rights (1st; 4th; 5th; 6th; 8th; 14th Amendments)

When I landed in Missoula, Montana, prosecutors attempted to revoke my probation, and imprison me for 12 years. Not only did I not violate probation, I wasn’t even on probation… I had discharged from probation and moved to California in 2022.

B) Order granting motion to dismiss and strike: (DC-17–715)(2025)

• In 2025, the Honorable Judge John Larson dismissed the illegal revocation of my discharged sentence.
• He also reversed Judge Halligan’s illegal order reimposing probation, and struck it from the record.

Then Prosecutors accused me of “threatening to kill multiple people“. It was discovered that these allegations originated in 2016, but were covered-up and hidden from court records/news media for seven years (2016-2023). Poor Matt Jennings’ ridiculous position after nine years (2016-2025), is that he’s finally caught me – working on a brand new $100K custom built car in Beverly Hills – talking about how I’m going to file a Federal Lawsuit, because I never threatened to kill anyone.

There is a gag order in place preventing me from publishing specific information about this case. Supreme Court appeals and civil litigation are pending.

  • Illegally filed for revocation of that discharged sentence (December 2023)

I contacted the FBI, the the United States Department of Justice, the Montana Attorney General‘s office, the California Attorney General‘s office, Montana Governor Greg Gianforte’s office, and California Governor Gavin Newsome‘s office… None of them took any action to assist or to stop these illegal acts of Government. (2023-2025)
